Requirements:

• Personal appearance of the applicant.
• Production of Previous Pakistani Passport.
• Production of valid Original Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC).
• In case antecedents and national status of applicant are not confirmed, the matter has to be referred to concerned Special Branch of Police in Pakistan for verification.
