Requirements:

• All documents (such as birth certificate, death certificate, marriage certificate, Police Character certificate, and educational certificates / degrees etc) issued by the departments of the Government of Pakistan needing attestation of the Embassy have to be first attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Islamabad or one of its four camp offices in the provincial capitals.
• All documents (such as birth certificate, marriage certificate, and educational certificates / degrees etc.) issued by the departments of the Government of Ukraine needing attestation of the Embassy have to be first attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Kyiv.
