Requirements:

• Duly filled and signed application form.
• Two passport-size photographs were taken within three months.
• Original / Copy of Pakistani Passport/CNIC/NICOP.
• Verification of nationality.
• In case the national status of the applicant is not confirmed or no documents are available with the applicant, the embassy will send the biometrics of the applicant along with available evidence to the Ministry of Interior for verification of nationality status before issuing the emergency travel document.
