PROVISIONAL

Rules for Study in Ukraine for New Entrants

  1. Duration of new study invitation will be one year.
  2. There will be 3 intakes in a year (Rule not applied for all universities)
  3. Applicant documents must be verified by university partner company from the country of applying.
  4. After issuing of study invitation applicant must be appeared in home country for exam. Exam will be in online format and must be conducted in home country recruitment center.
  5. Recruitment center location will be provided to applicant after receiving study invitation.
  6. Applicant could apply visa in Embassy of Ukraine in their home country. A special visa will be issued, and duration of visa will be from 180 days to 365 days.
  7. Classes will be in online format until situation of Ukraine will be normal. In case if situation is good and airspace of Ukraine is not working then on behalf of valid Ukrainian visa and valid study invitation, applicant could get Transit visa of neighbor countries of Ukraine for arrival.
  8. If study continues in online mood, then applicant is obliged to pay tuition fee in advance to continue his/her studies. (At least one semester tuition fee)
  9. Applicant documents must be legalized from embassy of Ukraine from home country.
  10. Study invitation will be issued from 3-25 days. Depends upon the services.
  11. For applying visa of Ukraine e-study invitation or electronic form of study invitation issued by University is compulsory.
  12. These rules are applied from 25th May 2022.
  13. Applicants are advised to carry their admission process through authorized companies to avoid fraud and complaints.
  14. For study in Ukraine applicant must have at least 60% marks in academics.
  15. Age limit applies for new applicants. For Bachelor’s 17-25 years, Master’s 20-28 years, PhD 24-35 years, Short Diploma’s age bracket varies program by program.

PROVISIONAL

Rules for Already Enrolled Students in Ukraine

  1. Already enrolled students who lost their residence permits and expired residence permits can get a special visa from their home country or country of stay.
  2. University has right to cancel the temporary residence card if student did not pay the dues of university. In this case student is unable to get a visa from embassy of Ukraine or entry to Ukraine will be denied by border guards.
  3. Classes will be conducted in online mood until situation of Ukraine will be normal. More information will be provided to students by university international department.
  4. No need to come to Ukraine until you’ll get the green signal from the university.
  5. If student wants to get his/her academic documents and transcript please contact with university international department.
  6. Some universities are facilitating their students to neighbor countries for clinical training and offline classes. Please contact with the university international office. No private agency or company providing such services in Ukraine.
  7. Such students who arrived in Ukraine but could not apply the residence cards are able to get a new visa from embassy of Ukraine. Such students must be provided a proof of enrollment to embassy of Ukraine. Visa will be issued by simplified process.
  8. Such students who arrived in Ukraine but could not receive the residence cards by immigration office of Ukraine are able to get a new visa from embassy of Ukraine. Such students must be provided a proof of enrollment to embassy of Ukraine. Visa will be issued by simplified process.
  9. Such students who arrived in Ukraine but could not enroll their self in university due to war. Such students are advised to contact with university international office or agency or company for further information. On request these students can get documents from university for new visa. Visa will be issued by simplified process.
  10. Such students who recently received study visa of Ukraine but are unable to come to Ukraine due to war. Such students are advised to contact with university or agency or company for more information. On request these students can get new visa supporting documents from university if previous visa and study invitation is expired. Visa will be issued by simplified process.
